Prof. (Dr.) Faizan Mustafa

Professor (Dr.) Faizan Mustafa has previously held the positions of founder Vice-Chancellor at National Law University, Orissa and Vice-Chancellor of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad for ten years. Known for his institution-building skills, he has also been Dean of the Faculty of Law at Aligarh Muslim University and Registrar of AMU. His research papers have been cited by the Supreme Court.

He has also taken the novel initiative of taking Law outside the classroom to the ordinary citizens of the country through his Legal Awareness Web Series (LAWS) which has some 5 crore views and over seven lakh subscribers.

Dr. Rose Varghese

Professor Dr. Rose Varghese is the Director of KIIT School of Law. An eminent academician, she completed her schooling at Mt. Carmel Convent, Tangasseri, followed by a B.A. in English Literature and Language from St. Teresa's College, Ernakulam, and a law degree from Kerala Law Academy, Trivandrum. She pursued her post-graduation in law from the School of Legal Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology.
Dr. Varghese began her professional career practicing in the High Court of Kerala under leading criminal lawyer S. Easwara Iyer. She started her academic journey as a lecturer at A.C. College of Law, Nagarjuna University, and later became a faculty member at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, where she completed her M.Phil. in Law. She earned her PhD from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and joined the Faculty of Law at Jamia Millia Islamia Central University, New Delhi, as an Associate Professor, eventually becoming the Dean.
Dr. Varghese has organized and participated in numerous national and international seminars and workshops and has several publications to her name. She has also served as the Vice-Chancellor of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi.

Prof. (Dr.) Yogesh Pratap Singh

Professor Yogesh Pratap Singh holds an LL.M. from NLSIU, Bangalore and LL.B. from University of Allahabad. His doctoral degree on judicial dissent is recognized as a significant contribution to the voting pattern of judges in the Supreme Court of India. His notable contributions include serving as Deputy Registrar, Research at the Supreme Court of India, and being part of the founding team of KIIT Law School and NLU Odisha. He later served as the Registrar and Vice-Chancellor In-Charge of NLU Odisha. Dr. Singh's research and publications have significantly impacted legal scholarship, and his book on judicial dissent has received widespread recognition.

Prof. (Dr.) Ashok R. Patil

Dr. Patil is a distinguished legal scholar with expertise in Consumer Welfare Laws, Law of Torts, Mediation, and Insurance Law. He holds a Ph.D. in Consumer Law and has over 25 years of teaching experience. Dr. Patil served as a Lecturer and Principal at KLEs Bellad Law College before joining NLSIU in 2008, where he became a Professor and administered the Chair on Consumer Law & Practice. He founded the Online Consumer Mediation Centre at NLSIU and has presented research in over 15 countries. He received numerous awards, including the Legal Education Innovation Award and fellowships from prestigious institutions like the University of Western Australia. Dr. Patil has contributed extensively to legal education and consumer protection, serving on various national and international committees and publishing influential research and books, including a recent commentary on the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Mr. C.V. Raghu

Formerly the Group General Counsel for Motherson Group, led the legal, secretarial, regulatory, compliance, and governance functions globally. While he has stepped down from this role to pursue other interests, he remains a Group Legal Advisor in a consultative capacity and provides advisory services to various companies, serving as an Independent/Non-Executive Director on multiple boards.
With nearly three decades of legal experience across diverse industries, including Max Group, American Express, and Hindustan Unilever, Mr. Raghu has been a strong advocate of corporate governance.
