The user’s access to the website is subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions and such acceptance forms a legally binding agreement between the user and Manupatra Academy.

Manupatra Academy respects the intellectual property rights of the users, content providers and other third parties and expects the users to do the same when using the services. All intellectual property herein rests with Manupatra Information Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Manupatra Academy – the website and its services are not intended for those below the age of 18. Manupatra Academy does not address its services to minors or knowingly collects personal data directly from them. If you are a parent or a guardian of a minor who has provided personal data without your knowledge and consent, you may request us to unsubscribe the minor.

Subject to the terms, Manupatra Academy grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable, limited license to access and use the website for any personal, non-commercial and private use on an ‘as is’ basis in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Manupatra Academy reserves the right to cancel, delay, reschedule or alter the format of any course offered through the website or to cease providing any part for all of the website content or related services and it is agreed that neither Manupatra Academy nor any of the other users will have the liability for any such action. If the user no longer desires to participate in the website, they may terminate their participation at any time.

All payments towards the access of various course materials, question banks, etc. are payable in advance. It will be exclusive of all taxes including GST. No refunds will be issued for unused or inactive use of services.

Manupatra Academy and the user represent and warrant that they have the legal power to enter into this Terms of Service. Manupatra Academy represents that it will provide the service in a manner consistent with general industry standards reasonably applicable to the provision thereof and that the service will be capable of performing substantially in accordance with the online Manupatra Academy support documentation under normal use and circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Manupatra Academy, its affiliates, their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to the user for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, losses or expenses or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of user-generated content or any other content available on the website, (ii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Manupatra Academy platform, (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the website by any third party, and/or (iv) any errors or omissions in any user-generated content or any other content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the user’s use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Manupatra Academy website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not it is advised of the possibility of such damages.

All disputes arising out of these terms and conditions and use of the Manupatra Academy website, the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in exclusion of all other courts.
