About the Author

Rohini Rangachari Karnik completed her law from Law Faculty, Delhi University in 2001. She completed her Masters in European Business Law from Aix-en-Provence, France in 2002. After graduating, she did a summer internship in Stuttgart and worked in the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris before returning to Delhi in 2004 to practice law in Dua Associates. In Delhi, she worked in the field of corporate law and litigation, focusing primarily on arbitration and intellectual property rights. She has worked with J. Sagar Associates and Dutt and Menon in Delhi and has been associated with Manupatra as an editor of a few journals including Competition Law Reports and Intellectual Property Law Reporter. She now teaches French at St. Stephens College and Daulat Ram at Delhi University.
